The refund policy is in place so that you, as an entant, are fully aware of any applicable charges should you need to cancel your entry for any reason.

If you cancel your entry before 6pm on 10 March 2012, you will receive a full refund of fees paid, less a $20 administration fee. If your entry fee was $20 or less then you will not receive any refund.

If you cancel after 6pm on 10 March 2011, you will not receive any refund.

In the event of extreme weather, Act of God, unforseen regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, the event may be cancelled without notice and no refunds will be made. In this case, all funds collected less organisational expenses will be donated to the event charities, Celebral Palsy Alliance and 1st Oatley Scouts.
